SSD payments continue unless your medical condition improves and you are able to work or you do work and earn more than $1,010 a month. (You can earn up to $1,690 if you're blind and still keep your SSD payments.)
Susan desperately wants to work as much as she can. She hopes to start tutoring in a year or so. This is great. Susan can earn up to $1,010 and still receive disability payments.
