Another method you can use to become a military attorney is to be commissioned into the military as an undergraduate degree holder officer. Then ask for legal training. You may go for pre-law and internship programs. In that case the military would pay for your studies as well.
At the officer candidate school its purpose is to prepare civilians for service as an officer. You may join it in order to become an attorney in the military. Once you get commissioned, you may write an application to the authorities showing your interest in becoming a military attorney. If you are accepted you need not pay for your law education as once you join military it will pay for all your studying expenses.
It is important that you understand the nature of job which would be mainly legal practice and in some cases they also represent the armed services to the government in a military court.
